			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s a handy trick to diagnose the &#8220;blood pressure&#8221; of your house. Obviously, what I really mean is if the water pressure on your house is too high (typically higher than 75 psi ), then it can mess up all the plumbing guts of the house. So for $11 at home depot you can attach this to your house, and see if the pressure reducing valve on your house isn&#8217;t working properly.</p>

When graduating from the Maryland Institute of Art, I didn&#8217;t know exactly what I wanted to do with my life.
